Luistervink (Karin van Brugge, Eindhoven) handles your personal data with care. Below you can read which data I collect and why.

Which data and why

When you book an introduction or a session, I ask for your name, email address and phone number. I only use these to make the appointment, send you a confirmation and contact you if anything changes. If you send a message via the contact form or by email, I keep that message for as long as needed to answer your question.

Confidentiality of conversations

What is said in a conversation stays between you and me. For a Check-in offered by your employer, I do not report the content of the conversation back to the employer. An evaluation is about the Check-in, not about the employee.

Retention

I do not keep data longer than necessary, and invoicing data for as long as Dutch law requires (7 years).

Security and cookies

The contact form is protected against spam with Cloudflare Turnstile. This website only uses functional cookies needed for the site, the language choice and the booking system. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Send an email to the email address on the contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
